Teaching philosophy
The cartwheel and the confidence behind it
It would be easy to focus only on the physical skill. We work on the whole child: physical, mental, emotional and social development. Children grow healthy self-esteem when their unique strengths are encouraged and given room to grow.

- Strengths Finder, Kolbe and DISC personal growth assessments
Character trait program
One character trait every month
Each month we post a new trait on the wall. Sports coaches talk about it during warm-ups, preschool teachers build lesson plans around it, and our team works to model it.
