An hour of obstacle courses, rope swings, tumble track and foam pit, then cake and presents upstairs. Our team sets up, runs the fun and cleans up, so you can enjoy your child’s day.

The Party Zone package

$455 for up to 20 children, including the birthday child

  • 2 Black Diamond team members to host, set up, clean up and lead activities
  • First hour on the gym floor: obstacle course, rope swing, tumble track and foam pit
  • The rest of the party in our upstairs party room
  • Invitations with waivers, basic paper plates, utensils and tablecloth

How it flows

Gym floor first, then upstairs to celebrate

  1. Arrive and check in

    Guests check in with their signed waivers.

  2. First hour on the gym floor

    Obstacle course on the equipment, rope swing, tumble track and the foam pit.

  3. Upstairs to the party room

    Food, cake and presents on the second floor while our team handles the rest.

  2. Pay the $50 deposit

    Your date is held once the deposit is in.

  3. We confirm details

    Customer service calls you the Monday before your party.

  4. Guests bring waivers

    Waivers come with your invitations, or download one below.

Party FAQ

How many kids can come?
The package covers up to 20 children including the birthday child. You can add up to 5 more at $20 each, for 25 total.
Do younger siblings count?
Any child 1 and older is a participant. Children 3 and under need an adult with them for gym activities.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes. You bring food, cake and drinks. We provide basic paper plates, utensils and a tablecloth. No alcohol, please.
Is the deposit refundable?
The $50 deposit is non-refundable.
