Parent & Me Gymnastics

Themed classes where toddlers run, climb, roll and balance with you. Great for coordination, listening skills and first friendships.

Preschool Gymnastics

Educational themes teach basic tumbling, bars, trampoline and beam. Students rotate through stations and take home a star book to track their wins.

Gymnastics FAQ
What if my child misses a class?
Recreational students can take one make-up class per month, within one year of the absence. Schedule it yourself in the Parent Portal. See how.
How does my child move up a level?
Each student works through a star chart. When they master the skills for their level, the coach recommends the next class.
How do we join the competitive team?
Team placement is by evaluation. Younger athletes (under 9) can be invited to the Jewel program. Learn about our teams.
What should my child wear?
Tight, fitted clothing with hair pulled back. No jewelry, baggy clothes or pants with buttons or clasps.
What if gymnastics isn’t a fit?
New families are covered by our 30-day Happy Family Guarantee. If you’re not completely happy, we refund you in full.
